Is Silque Construction registered and licensed?

Yes. We are registered with the National Construction Authority as an NCA 6 Building Works Contractor (Reg. No. 98257/B/0126), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2015, and hold a valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate.

What services do you offer?

Building construction (residential, commercial, institutional and industrial), renovations and interior fit-outs, and project consultancy - including cost estimation, site supervision, quality control and progress reporting.

How much does it cost to build a house?

Our 2026 catalogue gives a guide: 3-bedroom bungalows (160-170 m²) start from about KSh 7.1M, 4-bedroom maisonettes range from KSh 12.6M to 17.8M, and apartment blocks start from KSh 40.5M. Final costs depend on your site and specifications, so we prepare an accurate estimate for every project.

Absolutely. Our designs are a starting point - we work closely with you to tailor layouts, finishes and budgets to your plot and your family's needs.
